akiralee, sorry about your bad luck with these guys. I probably order from them a couple times a month and this has been going on for . . . years. NEVER had a problem with them getting an order right. I have had problems with the centralized ordering system -- that can be confusing and has caused problems but that's not something I would attribute to the local store.

good food horrible service. I love the new Domino's food they have really fixed it and it is tasty. That being said this actual location is terrible at getting any order right. Out of the last 10 orders we have had 2 turn out correct. I could understand one topping off but an entire pizza wrong is just unacceptable. It would not be so bad if it was not so often. The only reason I continue to frequent this store is I have no choice if I want their tasty bread bowls (when I actually get the one i ordered). yummy food but fix your staff they just suck.
