EX mickey d's in airway heights fan!!. My friends and I went to mcdonalds last night (this morning really) right before they closed and we were unaware the closing time but ordered several orders of chicken mcnuggets and I ordered a Big Mac meal and an order of cookies....

While we were waiting all the lights shut off and we realized it was closing time...

While I was ordering and requested that the fries not be put into the bag until the nuggets were done...I am a FRY FANATIC!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE FRENCH FRIES!! but NOT cold ones!

So got the food and the window was slammed shut so no opportunity to talk, the fries had been recooked and they sandwich was cold and no cookies.....okay it's closing time I get it but the problem is when I called this morning to see what they can do I got the whole "I can send you a coupon in the mail" yeah right!! So I just asked for a big mac meal and my three cookies...and was told the manager (bigger manager) would have to be called.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? IT'S A BIG MAC AND SOME FRIES!!!! so it's lunch time so I called back and she said she talked to the manager from the night before and her boss and she would replace the sandwich and the cookies but the fries and drink...no...

Wow what?? it's frickin french fries and a coke...for customer happiness you're not going to give me french fries and a coke?? Where did you go to customer service training?? Gitmo?? I don't blame her - kind 0f - I blame her manager.....she's just following orders...what an idiot the bigger boss must be...I was going there ALL the time but silver lining it's better for diet...never going there again!!!
