I've never encountered staff members that did what they did. These guys listened to my problems and got them fixed with a smile on their face. I keep referring people to them because they gained my respect.

After repeated issues with my engine that several other shops were not able to figure out I took it over to Aamco, expecting the same results honestly. I was very impressed at how efficiently the crew worked together and wouldn't you know, they found the problem! Not only that, the quote given was very reasonable. Completely beside myself that no other shop had the kind of knowledgeable staff that Aamco did. It is such a relief to finally have this issue resolved so I can get on with the more important matters in my life. I sincerely urge everyone to go to this Aamco off S. Mt Vernon if you have any transmission troubles, can't find this kind of service anywhere else in town.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate having such sharp/knowledgeable, honest and personable service manager Matt Benjamin. My husband came in with a problem a few years back and we have been a customer ever since. We've already told friends, family and co-workers who have also become loyal customers. I seriously thank you for the fine work you all do, its all hard to come by nowadays.
