Worst EVER!!.
I came in with my family for a nice dinner. I tried Europa eirlier this year and had a fantastic chicken marsala. I ordered it again. Only this time the chicken" marsalla had no chicken.. The server was nice and had it fixed. The manager came over and appologised. I then wached the manager lay into the cook. First off the manager gave the plate to the server, then the server gave it to me. Who was in the wrong...all of them!! Plus i didnt like the experience of having to wach this. Good thing it wasnt busy, there were only 2 other tables there!!

Perfect valentines day!.
Great food and prompt service on a busy night. I loved the detail of rose pedals on the table.

great Italian food, nice atmosphere.
I love Europa because they have great-tasting food, a romantic and comfortable atmosphere, and have a great dinner and dessert menu. Although not all the entrees/pasta dishes are created equally, I think that there pizzas and traditional pasta dishes are great. I especially recommend the very filling Europa Pizza with seafood in it, or the pasta with half white sauce and half meat sauce. The rolls that they serve with dinner are fantastic, so if you're a carbophob, please indulge: it's worth it! I also have to point out their changing dessert menu. They have an in-house dessert chef, which is unusual especially in a place like Spokane! I have heard that their wonderful desserts supply other restaurants and food businesses in Spokane. When I organized a 18-person dinner there before a formal event, they were very helpful in letting me know how long service would take and the servers were very accommodating and frequently visited the table to make sure all of the party members were well taken care of. Give Europa a shot, because it is a Spokane gem.

HIGHLY recommended, especially for vegetarians!.
This restaurant is a true jewel in the rough! Although parking is by meter in this interesting downtown location (nestled underneath a train tressle,) its charm and character instantly perk up weary nerves. The delightful atmosphere and delicous smells wafting from the kitchen entice quite a crowd on weekend nights, and be prepared for quite a wait if you don't call ahead. The menu is quite extensive, with a wonderful 'pastie' that I'd never tried. A cross between a crossant and a calazone, the result was delicous! Plenty of selections for all, even vegetarians will be satisfied! (Save room for their wonderful dessert selections!)

Winter Warmth.
I love going to Europa before going to a show or to a movie. For some reason I really like going there in the winter. Must be the hearty wholsome flare of the food. Get the antipasta appetizer. Delightful!
