what happened?. lets see... they advertise 30 plus taps, but then you go in there to see half of them with bags over them. I bought some songs on the juke box and apparently the staff didnt like the songs i picked so they skipped them. 7 dollar pints 20 dollar pitchers. PROBABLY NOT!

Best Beer Selection on Tap in Spokane!!!. They have the best beer in town, and great popcorn to go with it. Bartenders were very helpful in selecting our beverage of choice. They have good food as well. We go there often after work or just with a group of friends!!!

THE BEST PLACE IN SPOKANE ON A TUESDAY NIGHT!!. Hey! Just wanted everyone to know how awesome the Vivking is! Yes, they had to raise the $2.00 Tuesday pint night to $2.50 but it's not much of a change!! You can find the .50 cents in your couch! Anyways it's a lot of fun there's always a bunch of fun people and they have pretty much every beer in the world!! So if your in Spokane looking for a fun place make sure you give the Viking a try! Oh yeah they also have great food!

Sad.... I was once a regular at the Viking, but they went through a change of management a while back, and I'm sad to say that it was for the worst. It's just not the same.

They lost good wait staff and (this really burned me) they took some of their items off the "two dollar pint night" menu. They did not specify this when we ordered, and we were quite surprised to see the tab when it arrived.

They continue to have a few loyal wait staff (we all know who "they" are) who keep the once loyal patrons returning, but the lot of us are not included. Very sad...

Best Sandwiches in Spokane. The Viking sports something like 27 taps and about 140 different bottle beers. From a lone barstool one can travel around the world. Their burgers are second to none in Washington, except maybe "My Buddy's Place" in sprawling Manson (near Lake Chelan). Service is awesome, atmosphere is halfway between respectible and dive, crowd is ecclectic and diverse, and their staff is the best in the west. -Chuck

more fun. I have eaten here many a time. Its not expensive and there are lots of choices and the prices are very reasonable. The beer choices are amazing and the bartenders super nice.
