A little inconsistent.. Can be magical with the right crowd and right band. However this is like lining up the planets. You can at least count on friendly staff and cold beer!

hipness. Mootsy's is the only real boho bar in Spokane.It's people range from new wavers to old hippies to eldery beatnixs. it has the taste of a San francisco North beach beat club of the fifties, with some Haight Ashbury throwen in. Music runs the gamet from blues,to the Seattle sound.
