Absolutely Perfect. Being new to a city it's always scary to try to find a new salon. I love Aveda salons, and heard great things about Mosaic so thought I would start there. I have found my new home. From the first phone call, everyone treated me like their best friend! They made me feel so welcome and important. Everyone I met seemed so happy to be there it made it easy to relax and enjoy my visit. My haircolor and cut are the best I think I have ever had-- my stylist really listened-- and they even put hot towels under your neck at the shampoo bowl so it isn't the typical cold and hard sink you are laying on. Yummy:) Can't wait to get back and try the spa services!!

Best Spokane Salon. Over the years I've sent treated lots of friends to the indulgence Mosaic Salon Spa offers.

Wonderful facials/massages in such a pampering environment! The smells, the top quality professional demeanor of the staff, the personal recognition and greeting when you walk through the door. The green plants!!! I love walking through that lobby.

If you're looking for a place to keep your hair in gorgeous condition, this is it. All of the stylists are very knowledgeable and I've heard them talk about the ongoing continuing eduction they all participate in. It sure shows in their work.

I sure appreciate the great job they've done for me for the last ten years. Highly recommended.

Brilliant. I was new to Spokane and always had a wonderful stylist in Seattle! I had a couple of experiences with some bad hairdressers so I was skeptical. So I called Mosaic Salon and got an appointment with Layla. She was so nice and did a fabulous job on my hair! I would recommend her to anyone! She suggested new ideas and gave me a beautiful color! Stop searching for your hairstylist...Layla is the one!!

Cut and Color. FABULOUS cut and color by Ashley. I have very fine hair and it is hard to find someone who can cut it and achieve satisfaction. And the color--OMG! The best color I have EVER had. Very true to my natural and also a healthy blend of ingredients. Highly recommend Mosaic Southeast and Ashley

Stylist did not listen.. I went to Mosaic for a haircut. What I asked for was essentially a trim with some added bangs--what I got was a COMPLETE style change. The cut would be cute on someone else, but is absolutely not what I wanted. It has lots of too-short layering, is very high maintenance, and does not work with my hair. I am very unhappy with it.

Bad experience. While I have had good experiences when I visited a couple of times before, my most recent experience was terrible. I had facial waxing performed, and ended up with a scabbed-up face. I also had a haircut, which was fine, but the stylist was brusque and I felt as if I were in a Supercuts - very assembly line. Not sure if I'm going to return. Be wary!

Awesome Aveda Salon!. I have visited many Aveda concept salons, and this one is excellent! Highly recommended for the whole family. They make the effort to give a full spa experience.
