Worst service ever. On election night, called waited forty five minutes, called back and was told "the driver couldn't find you, and he tried calling your cell." Right. No one called my cell. No missed calls in log. Then I was told cab was on the way. Then an hour later I called again, and I was told, "you are the next in line." Over forty five minutes AFTER THAT, the cab showed up. Right again. Doesn't take half an hour to drive the width of the county. What did it for me was not so much the delay, but that the dispatcher kept lying to me, as if I were an idiot. Never again. Too bad; the drivers were nice. Problem was the jerks at dispatch. The result was the same, unfortunately.

spoko cab. i called for a 55 dollar far and the blew me off then i called city cab and they offerd me crack wtf!

Above and Beyond the Call of Duty!. My daughter took a cab ride from Gonzaga University to Spokane International Airport today. Once inside the airport, she realized she had left her phone in the cab. Immediately, she called Spokane Cab who was able to locate her driver and her cell phone. Her cab driver returned to the airport in rush hour traffic, met her curbside, and returned the cell phone. My daughter was able to make her scheduled 5:15pm flight to L.A. Kudos to Spokane Cab and the courteous caring people of Spokane.

Spokane Cab. I am over 70 years old and have used Spokane Cab service for the past 5 years. The service is friendly, honest, and no long waiting. I'm grateful to have found a dependable cab service and highly recommend them. P.S. My grandson put this in the computer for me.

Does this place need my business?.
My wife called this taxi company on 1-14-09 @ 3:00pm along with several others to see if we could make reservations for a 6:15pm pickup on the same day. Spokane cab was the only company to offer reservations so she booked a cab for 6:15pm to pick us up near 39th Avenue & Grand Blvd. to take us to 218 North Howard downtown. At 6:25 the cab had not shown up so we called to see where it was and were told that we were second in line and a car would be there shortly. At 6:36 the driver called us and said he was on Freya and would arrive in 10 minutes. At 6:50pm we decided to drive ourselves to the restaurant.
Apparently Spokane Cab did not need my business that bad. I suggest you only use their service if you do not need to be anywhere at a specified time. I could have walked to my destination in the 35 minutes I spent waiting for them. Roads were clean and bare at the time with no rain, snow or fog in the area. A letter of complaint was sent to their business address.
