Gaylord Security Systems. Two months ago I ordered ADT Security for my home. Gaylord Security was contracted to put the system in for me. I promptly received phone calls and emails to schedule the installation. The installer arrived on time, had identification for me at the door, removed his shoes (thank you very much) and had the system installed in no tme at all. He was extremely friendly, answered all questions with patience and made sure I was totally comfortable with the system before he left the house. When he left, he gave me his card and said I could call him anytime if I had any sort of question. The whole experience went smoothly and was pleasant.
