worst quality and costumer service. I am a florist in the business for several years and started an account with Pacific Wholesale because of the convenience of having flowers delivered to my door. I constantly had missing flowers or the flowers were in very poor condition. When I received Bacara roses for my daughters wedding and they were "rotten", that was the last straw. I called the owner, they questioned me therefore I sent pictures of the brown flowers. Rather than correcting the problem they asked me to do my business elsewhere. I told them with great pleasure I will go somewhere else. I wouldn't even rate this place with a 1/2 star rating. They need to close their door.

Go elsewhere and avoid being treated like dirt!. I work for a nonprofit and called to ask if they had a list of seasonal flowers available. The first girl who I spoke with said that they had a flyer to look at but that I should talk with another person. When I spoke to this other gal she said that they did not have the time to waste on people like myself and that the ads were only meant for experienced florist who know what they want to order. I don’t know much about flowers and was just asking for a purchase list to choose form… These people don’t know the meaning of customer service. Go elsewhere and avoid being treated like dirt!

Worst Florist Ever. I own a small business and went into Pacific to purchase a large order for my business. The place was in terrible condition, there was hardly any product to buy and what was available was in poor, poor condition. When I asked to speak with the owner about his flowers I was treated with a very POOR ATTITUDE from the owner and was basically told to take my business elsewhere, so I did! I would NEVER, NEVER purchase anything from this horrible place.

Great Customer Service. After reading the only review I was wondering if I should even try Pacific Wholesale Florist. I asked many questions. And my questions were answered. The lady on the phone was very professional. Very happy with service.

Terrible customer service. Avoid doing business with these people. They were so rude over the phone that I could not do business with them. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. What a disappointment.
