OMG the price of food. My wife, daughter and I went to Zips for lunch. 3 burgers 3 onion rings and 3 shakes cost $31.00. What does Zips think is a FAIR price for fast food?

We could have gone to a nice resturant for less money. Wholy Cow!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!. When asked questions on ingredients for their hamburgers you receive the standrad "everything". I was all set to order a complete meal. Changed my mind and glad I did. When asked what there drink choices I was told pepsi products. Zips leaves a lot to be desired in Service and food. The burgers were cooked until dry. Assembled very sloppy, it began to fall apart when unwrapped. This Zips will be my last Zip. With in two hours of eating I became sick to the point of throwing up. Not pleasent as I was on a 3 hour trip home.

Buns and tarter sauce. Zips has new buns now, and the tarter sauce is not the same. This is dissapointing because that's what they are famous for. There are only 2 good zips left. The one on market and euclid and also, the one on Broadway by the freeway. These are the only two zips that still have the original buns and the original tarter sauce. Needless to say, now I have to drive out of my convience to get good tarter sauce.

Avoid bad customer service. My grandmother, who is 70 years old and my grandfather who is almost 80 years old and suffers memory loss drove to Zips on Friday night to have dinner. When she came out her car did not start she did not have cell phone and the Zips staff would not let her use their phone to call me. She was scared because it ws just about dark and she was stranded, plus she also had my grandfather who can't be left alone for a minute on he will wonder off. After she just spent her money in their place of business, they are going to refuse a 70 year old women whose car is broken down in their parking lot the use of local call. Some of their own customers let her used the phone to call me. I am so upset about the way they choose to handle an old women. I will never eat at another Zips again. What would have happened to her and my grandfather after it was completely dark, it could have been a bad situation. I will let everyone that I meet and all of my friends and family not to eat at any of your establishments. If that was your 70 year old grandmother, how would you feel? Very bad customer service, right after she spent her social security money on eat food at Zips.

Great Food. I have to say Zips has the best fries in town with the best tartar sauce around. Unfortunatley tonights dinner netted me 4 hairs in said tartar sauce...blech. However that being said this place is still the best burger joint in town...just keep an eye on the sauce =)

Best french fries on the South Hill. Zips serves the best crinkle-cut fries, which arrive in a large cup (great for drive-thru orders -- you can just stick the cup in your car cup-holder and munch away!). Afternoons are busy, hopping with nearby Ferris High School students on lunch break.

A Regional Institution. Zip's is a good cure for McBurger burnout. Their Belly Busters and Big Zippers are nothing short of addictive, service is good, seating is clean, and prices are right. They've also got more options for drowing your fries than anybody else in town. Maybe that explains why the lines are usually longer at Zips drive-thrus than most anybody else's. If you've got to do fast food, this is the place to go.
