select your appliance dealers careful. August 06,I bought a viking ref. They were happy to deliver it to me. A little over a year went by and the compressor went out. I tried to get them to come out and repair it (STILL UNDER WARRANTY).I was told I probably lived in a beautiful place but they would not come this far to repair anything. I dont know what living in a beautiful place had to do with anything.I also told the gentleman that one of there trucks just went threw our town. His reply was yes we deliver. Anyway after two months of trying to get viking to help they sent me to gateway. Who are trying to help. I found an appliance repair man close to our town the new compressor was no good. So yes I have a $7500.00 two year old ref. that does not work. Still waiting for that great customer service.
