I went to Pounder's Jewelry to look for
an engagement ring for my girlfriend. We had a diamond from a ring her mom had given us, and we wanted it placed in a new setting. One lady ( I wish I'd remembered her name) helped me, and what amazing help she was! She not only helped me pick out a setting for the diamond, but she also helped me pick out a wedding band that was similar to what I knew my girlfriend wanted. She gave me price estimates for everything, and she encouraged me to talk it over with my girlfriend. She wasn't pushy at all and made me feel very comfortable with what can be a very nervous process.

The staff is super nice and is quick to
follow up. The store itself is clean, Buying an engagement ring or wedding ring can be incredibly nerve-wracking, but the ladies are so patient, friendly and helpful, they really want to help you find a piece that you'll love forever. It's a wonderful place to shop, especially when it comes to those important, lifetime wearing pieces of jewelry! I'm sure you'll be as happy with what you find as I was.- Jeff

Very Classy, Very Large, Very Impressive.
They've got everything you can ask for. Need a ring? Bracelet? Earrings? Necklace? This is the place. It's a family-owned business, so they keep everyone feeling comfortable about their purchases. Knowledgeable sales staff. I can't help but sincerely disagree with the last person to write a review. They have competitive prices. Champagne-colored diamonds are a legitimate category! They offer a variety of qualities to satisfy any consumer.

Very arrogant stuffy rude employees. They think they are royalty. Everything is purple. Even the building..
Pounders is a very high priced place to buy jewelry. The employees are stuffy and rude. The entire place is purple like they think they are royalty or something. The old man dresses like a janitor and talks forever without saying anything. My family bought diamonds there for years. I tried them and they tried to sell me a brown diamond that they call "champagne" color. They tried to tell me it was better than white and charge me more than JDC's white stones. They wouldn't negotiate to a fair price. When I was leaving, the lady in front tried to get me to sign a form to vote them as the "number on jewlery store in Spokane". I said no way.
My mother has been struggling with a problem at Pounders since they lost a family heirloom ring that was taken in for repair. They have had it over 6 months and won't offer any replacement. It has caused my mother a great deal of stress but she doesn't want to make a problem. The old man that works there will talk to her and just ramble on and on without saying anything and they will not find the ring. This is getting very old. We don't know what to do. Do not shop at Pounder Jewelry.
