Definitely the worst customer service in the nation. I would rather drive 600 miles to another hobby shop then go here. They me treated like I wasn't even a human being and had no respect towards me. Before they were even done helping me they would go and look for another customer to help. They obliviously don't care much for there customers just how thick there wallet is. I hope you make the right choice and go to a different hobby shop or just shop online. All I have to say is if you want to be treated like crap ask for Bryan he won't mind ignoring you and helping somebody else.

B&B Hobby: Okay if you like what they like.. Walking into B&B is like walking into the cave that time forgot. Very rarely are you greeted with anything more than the minimum attempt to acknowledge you've entered their store. They answer questions if you wait long enough, and are apparently great if you're into gas planes. It kinda seems like everything else they do is just to make sure they have their bases covered. That said, they do have decent stock, especially for models and rc bodies. Pricing is competitive to the other shop in the area, but every time I go in there I feel like I'm being talked down to, so I just stopped going.

best prices accurate info. b and b hobbies this is the place to go. i have ventured to other shops but i still come back i have drived 106 miles just to get accurate info plus the right products. brian i believe is a highly experienced hobbiest. i also know some of thier prices are the lowest in the nation they even give online shops a run for thier money because online shops usually charge shipping thier prices even beat EB##Y PRICES most the time. even though i support my local hobbie shop most the time i still return to b and b hobbies every time i go to spokane.
