I personally LOVE living at Autumn Ridge Apartments. Dawn is a very professional manager and knows how to do her job. She enforces the rules of the lease, which I find refreshing since we moved from a place that did not and we were miserable there. If you fallow the rules there are no problems. I have never had a problem with getting notices on my door nor have I ever had my car tagged or towed and I have lived here for a year. If you fallow your lease agreement you will have no problems. Don't fallow them and see what happens.

Terrible Complex. Don't rent here.. I read the first review posted here and still ended up renting at Autumn Ridge because of the price and amenities. I wish I hadn't. Everything you hear about this place is true. The management (Dawn is a terrible manager) is rude and cares nothing about their tenants. My car was towed after being parked in an unassigned space for thirty minutes because my parking pass wasn't visible. When I tried to talk to Dawn and the maintenance guy that was also in the office, they were completely unapologetic and VERY rude. On top of that, the grounds are poorly maintained and they are terrible about fixing anything I've turned in a maintenance request for. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another place.

DO NOT RENT HERE! THE WORST!. Unprofessional management at it's worst. Do not rent here! I lived here for seven months and found disappointment at every turn. Management tagged my door with eviction/late notices when rent was already paid. If you rent here, get copies of everything, receipts for everything and don't exect anything to be repaired without complaining constantly. If I could give them no stars, I would.
