I love this place. I don't understand
the reviews here. I have eaten a lot of places and to me, the ribs here are OUTSTANDING. This place has a long history in Spokane. No, it has not changed a lot, it has not become trendy but, if you want good food with a lot of flavor, this is the place to go. I love this place not only for the food but for the commitment they have made to Spokane. There are so many opinions about what BBQ should taste like but they do it right. They slow cook the meat over wood. Nothing is dripping in sauce except sometimes the beef sandwiches get a little much on them. I say try it out.

Garlic rolls and baked beans are the
best sideboards we've tried. Service was fast and friendly.

When I come over to Spokane area, I
always make sure to head in for a meal. Been going there off and on since 1999. The St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs are the best. They have a good rub on them, good smoke line, tender, and do not need extra sauce on them. Meat come right off the bone. The AYCE buffett is good. I just eat it for the pork ribs. Eat my fair share. If in town or just the area, stop in and eat there. You will not be dissapointed. They also have a good bar and the drinks are good... So check them out!!!!

We were in Spokane Washington for the
US National Boxing competition and asked about a locals favorite for dinner, the lady directed us to The Longhorn BBQ and Smokehouse. It was not hard to find with the HUGE longhorn sign that stood above the skyline just off of the Interstate. We arrived to find a Country style building with a local feel, we walked in and it was comfortable, cassual but clean. We were seated Instantly by a nice young man by the name of JAMES who turned out to be a showman. he told us some recommendations, gave us time to look at the menu then we ordered. The food came quickly and was amazing to say the least. We found ourselves in love with the RIBS and the BBQ sauce, sweet, tangy with a little bite to it.

The food you eat at Longhorn is
incredibly and undeniably tasty. Their sauces are to die for and are sold at stores all across town, as are their wood chips and rubs. And after all these years, little has changed with that classic taste, which is a good thing.

This is just a mainstay of the Spokane
area. Good and dependable food for a decent price. Nothing fancy but it always smells good. The coffee is good and the service fine too. Lots of meat options and not much else. Come here for a big ol steak or meat sandwich and you will be happy. Breakfast is fine too.

I tried their new Pork Chop from the
"fresh sheet" and it was the best pork chop I've ever had. Extremely moist and tender but also very flavorful. It came with a side of apple sauce that was also way above average. The pork chop was by far better than anything in this town. Recently they added some new BBQ sauce options that are all really good.
