They were fast & provided great service!. I called Air Control on the weekend and the technician came out the very same day and let me know that the part could be replaced in a few hours, but that I could also have him come back on a normal workday so I did not have to pay overtime. 4th of July Party Saved.
We were hosting a 4th of July party at our home last weekend. While we were outside a good portion of the day, there were several small children that were put down for a nap early that afternoon in
the house. It wasn't long before we realized that the AC was not working and we had a bunch of hot, tired, and very cranky children.
I put a call into Air Control since they advertised being available 24/7. Their service man, Ben, got to us within an hour, and had us up and running in a very short time. Thank God! They got us going in time for the tournament. During our recent basketball tournament, Air Control Heating & Electric handled both the heating & cooling installation, and the electrical upgrades for the lighting. They got both parts done in time for the tournament, just as promised. We even assigned them some extra last-minute tasks, and they got those done in time also. I am SO glad we used Air Control!…
THEY WERE GREAT, AND FAST. My furnace stopped working over the Christmas weekend. I called several companies and could not even get anyone to respond. I called Air Control and I got a call back quickly in 15 minutes. Their service man came to my house that morning, and found the problem. He had the parts on his truck, and he got my furnace up and running very quickly under the circumstances. He said there was other work that was neededing to be done, but it could wait until it was not an overtime charge, which I appreciated. He returned and finished the work the next regular work day. I thought the response time was excellent, and the price was very fair given the situation. I can strongly recommend Air Control Heating for any furnace repairs.
