WATCH YOUR MINUTES CLOSELY!. I can't count the number of times I've had to ask them to turn the bed on again because it shut off before I got all of my minutes. I'm not talking 1 or 2 minutes here (although that happens quite a bit, too) - I'm talking about 3, 4, and 5 minutes!

Customer service is great as long as you don't have a complaint. I've overheard the girls whispering about me behind my back because of my previously mentioned complaint. When I went to talk to the manager about this, I was pawned off on someone else who said that all of their employees are great and wouldn't do anything like that...BS. I would think that the proper way to handle that would be for the manager to listen to my complaint and say "I'm so sorry to hear that. I'll make sure I talk to (said employee) and see that it doesn't happen again" instead of making it seem like I'm crazy for imagining that one girl would actually gossip about another.

And in handling the complaints, besides being ignored by the manager and talked about behind my back, I've always been told to my face that I'm the only one it happens to (in other words, it must be my fault). By the way, I'm majoring in mathematics at EWU - I think I can handle telling time and calculating how long the bed was on for....
