For Fast, Friendly Service, Choose ABC Economy Appliance.
When I called ABC a live person (gasp!) answered the phone and directed my call to a gentleman who understood exactly what I needed.
He put me on hold for a very short time and came back with a quote - and a choice that saved me about 50% on the stove part I needed.
Then he promised to put the part in UPS that day (Friday.) It was delivered on Monday - which means he did exactly that.
Kudos to a fine business - I'll definitely call them the next time I need parts.
