Terrible Service. Cheated!. A to Z rental in Spokane Wa is a place to be avoided at all costs. We were quoted one price then charged over 300 more when we returned the vehicle. The Uhaul was dirty, and the manager, Cassi, was rude, condescending, and not helpful. If you are looking for good clean equipment, good service, or to be treated fairly and respectfully GO ELSEWHERE!
