Bad Experiance. I do not recommend this place for anyone!! We ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses for my brother's wedding and the quality was awful. The order did not get to us fast enough so we had to manage alterations within only a couple days. All five dresses had drastic changes that needed to be done. Everything was falling apart and since the prices were outrageous we had to find someone else to alter the dresses. They were not willing to work or cooperate with us after we explained to them what went wrong. We talked to Marcella on the phone about all the disappointments and disasters we experienced with the dress and she was outrageously rude! Then we went in to nicely talk to her in person and she was hiding in the back and would not come out.

If you want to save yourself from a very stressful situation stay far away from this place!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. I met with Marcella regarding my bridesmaid dresses. The bridesmaids had their body measurements professionally taken in their respective cities. I ordered their $160.00 dresses accordingly. When the dress arrived none of them fit. Marcella would not alter them w/o a charge of $80 plus shipping. She only wants your money and offers no custome. She does not back up her dresses.What I later found out is she just orders the dresses from a middle-person who has the dresses made in places like China for cheap labor. After dealing with Marcella, I recommend the bride just go on line and find a dress you like, have the bridesmaid get their body measurements and the dresses will be made for less than half the charge. Then if they need to be altered, you wont feels so bad having your bridesmaids paying the extra money for their alterations.

Marcella swore and yelled at me when I asked her to alter the dresses for no charge. Marcella does not back up her work. Very unethical.

Excellent Customer Service. We shopped at Marcella's for my daughter's prom dress. She and her best friend shopped together. One girl purchased a dress the other did not ane both were treated to the same wonderful service. Our consultant Katie was courteous friendly and helpful.

Make money, make money money. As another reviewer said, Marcella is sweet as pie until you've already placed your order. After she has your money, she's much less willing to help. She ordered two sizes too large for several of the bridesmaid dresses than the measurements necessitated to assure extra charges for alterations on top of already expensive dresses.

Terrible Customer Service. I would not recommend Marcella's. The service started out ok and they were willing to do a custom order for an additional cost. They didn't get everything complete until the last minute and even then, it was done completely different than what we requested. When we asked to have them complete it the way that was requested they charged us more money and were extremely rude. I have been in multiple weddings and I have never had to deal with customer service like this. They made a time of stress even more stressful and in the end we ended up paying too much for our dresses.

Bridal Boutique. Great store to go to. The shop is easily found in Downtown Spokane. The customer service was great. You don't feel pressured and they really want to help you. They have a great system to help find your dress and they offer a large variety of dresses and sizes. They know their dresses! The dressing room and staging area is away from the door and is large for you to see. Great place. I highly recommend it. I felt truly comfortable there.
