Tips for South Hill Gentle Dentistry

I took my family here when we moved to Spokane. They were perfectly adequate and pleasant but I eventually chose to take my family elsewhere because each appointment felt like a "new" appointment. (Our previous dentist's office would have everyone from the receptionist to the dentist greeting my children by name and continuing the conversation from the last visit.) It's such a simple/basic customer service tool to include these personal touches but it makes a tremendous difference - especially for children.
