Do Not Use

I had my pet on their Wellness Plan for 3 years and found it didn't cover anything but the exam and shots so decided to drop the plan and pay as needed. They never called me again and my pet missed her vacines. So if you don't get on their monthly they forget about you. Also very impersonal as they just run you through like some kind of mill. Worst Vet office I have ever used.
