HORRIBLE PRODUCT. WORSE SERVICE!!!. HORRIBLE PRODUCT. WORSE SERVICE!!! Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from Kay Jewelers or visit this store EVER. They are completely un-professional. My $15,000 wedding band (10 diamonds) is falling apart after just 3 years. A diamond FELL OUT and another one cracked. When they sent it in to get repaired they charged me $500 and provided it back to me in the same condition I sent it out. Now they are refusing to give me my money back so I can have someone else fix it properly. Kay has NO customer service and no one is accountable for anything. Not only did they send my ring back with a cracked diamond but the sauder job they completed was extremely poor. You can literally see it leaking through the top of the band (where my diamonds are)! Not sure if this store has a dress code or not but the girl that helped me had her boobs fully out when my husband and I were there. Not very professional! I will never spend 1 cent in this store or go anywhere near a Kay Jewelers. It saddens me to know that there are such shady people and companies in the world. STAY AWAY!!!!
