I repeatedly get food that is precooked and therefore room temperature. I got so fed up I quit going there for 4 months. Recently I went back and once again it was cold. Went inside to complain and the manager told me to tell them I want it freshly cooked. Next time at the drive thru I asked for freshly cooked and as I hand her the money she hands me my food. I asked her if it was freshly cooked since it was ready so fast and she stated that is ways. Yes, cold again! So I went in and the manager had it recooked. The manager said to come inside and ask for fresh cooked not thru the drive next time. Yesterday I went inside asked for fresh cooked to the teller with the manager standing next to the teller and guess what! It was cold. 5 pm in the evening and I still get served room temperature food. The last 5 times I have been there 4 of those times my food was not even warm but room temperature. I open the bun and touch the burger and there is no warmth to it at all. Someone is going to get food poisoning one day! Last time they will ever see me there.
