Amazing!. After going to other salons, I'm very pleased with having Sarah Durant do my hair! She is very thorough and in tune to making you leave feeling amazing. I suggest to anyone wanting a new summer look to go and see her.

My hair turned orange!. I was shocked that my hair was transformed into a shade of orange. I will not mention the stylist name as she knows who she is. I think she should call me and refund me the charge for the orange-brassy color. What ever was put on my head at the sink for a quick fix did not work and burned my scalp.

It has been 2 weeks since I posted this review and I have had no response from the Salon. I hope that no one else has the experience that I have had and the expense that is required to correct a very bad color job. I also will have to wait at least a year for for the bad hair cut to grow out. I think a lot of these reviews are solicited by friends not real customers. Please read the reviews with low ratings and do not make the same mistake I did.…

Strata Salon- Elizabeth. After moving to Moscow a few years ago for school, I struggled to find a stylist that knew what they were doing and was fun to go to. I found Elizabeth from Strata Salon in downtown Spokane from rave reviews online, and boy were they accurate. My boyfriend and I make the hour and a half drive every few weeks to see Elizabeth. She does an amazing job and obvious knows what she is doing. I appreciate how helpful she is with styling suggestions and to top it all off she is super fun! We always look forward to our appointments and always leave happy. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth!!…
