Excellent but I can't commit because of cost. I needed to get a quick haircut afterwork and couldn't go to my usual person so I made an appointment with Strata. Their late evening hours and online booking made this very convenient! I saw Elizabeth and she did an excellent job and was fun to chat with. The cut was amazing and kept a good shape for weeks. I seriously considered switching to her but when I called to find out what a cut AND color would cost I found it was almost double where I currently go. The price of the hair cut was totally on par with what I expected but the salon bills for haircuts and colors separately. Everyplace I've always been the color included a cut. If the color cost included a cut I would have no problem with the cost. My last cut with my person at a different salon wasn't so good so I'm still considering the switch. I just might have to do at home color so I can continue with cuts by Elizabeth.

Best salon in Spokane. Keilah did my hair tonight and she did an awesome job!!!!! She was very friendly and professional, she paid attention to how I wanted my hair and did what I wanted!!! She got the color perfect and took her time to make my hair perfect!!!

Elizabeth did an excellent job. While I usually hate getting my hair cut, she made me feel very comfortable and at home. The whole process was nice and painless and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend all of my friends go there. Very kind and friendly service.

Consistently Excellent. I only know Elizabeth at Strata Salon but there has never been a day she cut my hair without a dozen compliments on it. She can work quickly and pays meticulous attention to detail. Very proficient in her trade, I would recommend her to anyone seeking a hair stylist. She's the best I've ever had.

Awesome Blowout!!. Keilah at Strata Salon was my hair stylist at Strata and she did a fantastic job! I have very curly hair and now it's so smooth, straight and soft! Only took about 2 hrs and it was worth every penny!!!! Thank you Keilah! It's so fun to change your look!!

Amazing extensions and haircuts by Keilah!. I've been getting my cuts and trims done by Keilah for almost two years now and she never fails to impress me. My sister, mom, and a couple friends have even been so impressed that they've started going to Keilah for cuts and color too. I considered getting extensions for a long time and with a little encouragement from the Strata staff I finally gave in and have ever since been so happy with them! Keilah made the experience fun and relaxing, not painful. She blended the extensions with my real hair and you can't even tell I have extensions. If you'rr thinking about getting extensions I highly recommend doing it and getting them put in by Keilah. Mine have been in for six weeks now and still going strong. She did so great and can give really good advice on choosing your extensions and where to get them. So go for it! You'll love the staff, service and atmosphere!

Looking for a new Stylist/Color Technician ?. Give Keilah the opportunity and she will go for it !.

I was in need of a new stylist/colorist and read the reviews on Strata Salon, liked what I read and gave them a call. They listened to my needs and scheduled me with Keilah. To say the least I was somewhat nervous and excited. I asked her about a style change I had in mind to work with my natural wave, along with a color change to include highlights and give dimension and life back into my hair. Right away she said the style would work great for my type of hair and followed by saying she was jacked about it. From that moment on I felt at ease because she was into it and showed no hesitation. I felt she really cared. I ended up with a great cut and color and looking forward to my next visit. I also like the fact that they use Kevin Murphy products ( I have used for couple of years) and will refill your product at a discounted price! How nice to be satisfied especially on my first appt. Thanks again Keilah !

I Love my Extensions by Strata. I went to Keilah at Strata to get my extensions put in for spring break a couple days ago and she did an amazing job. They look completely natural, and my head did not hurt at all as they sometimes say it will. The color is perfect and I could really tell she cared about doing a good job. She even curled my hair at the end and made it look super amazing! I would definitely recommend Keilah at Strata if you want extensions put in that look beautiful, and if you want a really relaxing time at the Salon.

Great salon to go to. I have a great experience at Strata salon every time I go in. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. I love the way my hair turns out every time, I highly recommend Elizabeth. Her scalp massage makes me so relaxed! If you need a mini escape, go to Strata

Elizabeth. Elizabeth is by FAR the best stylist i have ever gone to.

before her i was never a fan of getting my hair done. but ever since i met her all i get is compliments on how good my hair looks. she's the best because she can take your silly hand motions and unconnected thoughts and give you exactly what you had envisioned in your head.

i love her because she makes you feel 100% comfortable, she's an amazing conversationalist and always makes my experience fun, while remaining completely professional.

i cant imagine anyone else doing my hair but her. and i will continue to go to her.
