Pleased with Jigsaw.
I found you about eight years ago, and I have always been pleased with your selection, satisfied with your pricing, and appreciative of your customer service.
I am sure that there are thousands of us women that enjoy our time spent in your store as both re-creative and empowering... a fresh look, better goods, current styles, and color for the season.
I know you have been in Spokane for the past ten years, and that surely translates into countless satisfied customers such as myself. GoShopNow2
Way better places in Spokane to shop. I am a very frequent shopper in Spokane and I LOVE shopping in the downtown area so I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Jigsaw over a year ago. I was treated so rudely by the owner that after leaving the store I swore to myself I would tell as many people as possible about the experience as that is really a consumers only defense against this kind of treatment, well... that and never spending a dime in the establishment, which I have done both. When I started telling my friends of the experience I had, I was surprised at how many had very similar stories and had already taken this store off of their radar. I don't feel that the clothes are worth the prices they're asking either. I was underwhelmed by the fashions which seemed, in many cases, geared toward a much older demographic and made from cheap materials. If you're downtown and you want to experience fun, fashion forward shopping with outstanding service, try: Tangerine, Lolo Boutique or Serendipity. I frequent all of this places and have always been treated amazingly well! Customer service is still a very important part of the shopping experience for consumers who make an effort to shop local and who are willing to sacrifice a little savings for unique merchandise and a personalized shopping experience. If I want to be treated rudely I can always shop at a discount chain... at least when I leave I would have the satisfaction of knowing I got a deal, but to be treated rudely and pay exorbitant prices for sub par merchandise - forget it! There are still people working too hard in this town to take care of customers and we should be rewarding them with our excess shopping dollars while we still have them.
Fashionistas should visit here!. Great Styles! Loved the personalized customer service and conversation. Shouldn't miss this boutique if fashion is your passion!
Great store, beautiful clothes and accessories.. I was very surprised to read the mostly unfavorable reviews about Jigsaw. My experience has been wonderful each time I have shopped there. I moved to Spokane a couple of years ago, from the East coast, and was thrilled to find a store that sold clothes that are unique, well made, and fashionable. Even though I can't wear everything, (age in the 60's) I can find many pieces, and beautiful accessories, that will update my present classic wardrobe. The salespeople are pleasant, helpful and fun and I love shopping there. Also my husband doesn't mind coming in with me and relaxing in the comfortable chairs while I shop. Thank you Jigsaw.
Horrible, just horrible customer service.. I will never set foot in that store again. I went to return an item that my daughter had purchased 4 days earlier and was treated so rudely and with such arrogance by the owner that when I left I was shaking I was so angry. I did not receive a refund nor an offer of store credit. My daughter was uncertain about this item, and the store suggested she put it on 'layaway'. She mistakenly thought layaway meant 'hold' and agreed. When I explained what 'layaway' meant, she promptly returned to the store and paid for the item. This blouse was totally unacceptable-in fact, we all laughed when she put it on- and she ruefully agreed that she didn't like it either but had felt pressure to buy it. Be aware of this store's policy..absolutely no returns of any item put on layaway. This was en expensive lesson as this item was very, very expensive. I promptly took my business to Ann Taylor. The owner of JigSaw should consult a manual on appropriate customer service, as she will never have my family's business again.
some of the classiest clothes in town but awful customer service. Oh my Goodness !! I am still apauled at the horribly rude customer service in this store, I can only wonder if it is the owners or only the sales help, either one, this store must be greatly hurting because of the rudeness, it really is a shame because they do have darling clothes
Inconsistent. This shop baffles me. I have received great attention and service on some occasions, but in October I was in, and looking for party wear. I did not make up my mind immediately and tried different looks. When I asked for a new look, I heard the one sales associate say to the other "now the story is...," The clothing is great and much more stylish than what is typically available in department stores. Rude comments such as the one referenced above do nothing to enhance the image of the store. If you have a sense of style and are impervious to insults, focus on the clothes and ignore the sometimes snotty attitude of the help.
Horrible customer service. I went into Jigsaw recently to plan on purchasing a few items. To my surprise, the staff would not even pay attention to me while they chatted behind the counter. The clothes are beautiful, but the service is the worst I have ever seen in Spokane. Don't bother stopping in, the room is full of attitudes and wasted time.
JIGSAW -- Appalling customer service. Went in to browse and in my sweats and after waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to help me the staff just chatted about and completely ignored me...finally some one came over and asked if I wanted to see some items on clearance...horribly insulted and aghast by her remarks and went spent over $300.00 at Ann Taylor's and another $200 at Nordstroms. Went in a second time to see if would get the same treatment but this time I was dressed to the nines....same treatment and was ignored while the lady sat ibehind the counter and finished her social call...needless to say I have never set foot in that store again.
A refreshing option in Spokane!.
I am new to Spokane and was very happy when I stumbled across Jigsaw. While I did not actually buy anything in the store, I did see lots of merchandise I liked. The staff was not in my face and I felt comfortable just checking things out. I will definitely go back soon!
To the person who suggested shopping online instead, I think that is a terrible way to think, this community needs more local business like Jigsaw and we should be supportive on their entrepreneurship. I say give them another chance - I'm sure they took your comments to hart and are working hard to provide a friendly atmosphere.
