I am so frustrated with Rockwood. I had an appointment for fertility problems and went in with a lot of pain. The doctor spoke with me and said he would refer me to someone else even though it may take months for me to see this specialist. I was sent out without regard to the pain I was in. I kept the appointment with the specialist (another Rockwood dr.) that was made for about 1 month later but was called at 5:15 on a Friday afternoon to tell me that they needed to reschedule. I called directly after hearing the automated message but, of course, no one could talk to me because it was after 5 on Friday. I called again on Monday and they wanted to push my appointment back another month. I decided against re-scheduling because I'd rather see someone that cares about their patients.
