Horrible customer service. I used to work in Northtown so i would frequent Wet Seal to buy clothes.

Out of the 100+ times i've been there i've been greeted once. I always have to search for an employee to get a fitting room or something off the wall, and it's always an inconvenience for the sales girls.

Several times i was shopping i overheard employees gossiping or saw texting on the sales floor. 99% of the time these girls have no interest in helping you with anything...THEY ARE SNOTTY BRATS.
