Wait for the sales.... Penny's has a great selection; everything and the kitchen sink! But I only shop at JC Penny when there's a good sale.

Pro: Great selection of dresses, formals, and dress clothes! Need some quality business wear? JC Penny has a great selection. I've gotten some pencil skirts that have lasted for nearly 3 years. Plus, they're selection of Arizona jeans rocks - khaki, light washes, dark washes, and jet black washes. Love it.

But like I said, I usually only shop when there's a sale.
