Had an issue with my shower drain and it was very difficult to get someone to fix it. Then rude hostile and angry employee left a big mess!

Great staff:) if you have a problem let them know right away! They are more than willing to fix it but you have to let them know. You'd be surprised at the # of ppl who don't tell and then complain.
