Authentic Indian Food. I went to the Top if India restaurant in Spokane Valley, WA and had their lunch buffet. I always like buffets because of the variety of food to choose from.

I really liked their chicken curry. I also liked their bread. They told me that it was authentic food from India - they way they cooked over there using a Tandoori clay cooker.

I looked that up on the internet and it is like cooking bread in a vertical position in a cylinder.

Their other food was also very good. Most of it I did not know what it was called, but I left the restaurant very full.

I will go there again and recommend it to you also.

If you haven't had Indian before, go here.. We came here not knowing what to expect and ended up being very glad we came. Our experience here has opened our eyes completely to this new kind of food. The staff did an amazing job helping us choose what to order (my husband is a picky eater) and even he liked the food. If you go in you have to try the Shish Kebab lamb appetizer and the tikka masala curry. Since then I've order carry out twice and my husband and I can't wait to go back.
