Ruined my smile!. It has been a few years since I had to loose ALL my teeth I believe I must have been 25 or younger! I went to Dr. Locke thinking she would be the perfect person to help me.

She did little to inform me of all my choices. I think because of the fact that I have DSHS her and her staff did not feel I deserved good care or information!

Needless to say my tops look alright but the bottoms have never fit! I still have had to use adhesive everyday for the tops! I still have not been able to afford a whole new set so I still have no bottom teeth. My friends say I have a green tint to my smile!? She never called me for the last appointment, people have told me I was supposed to get liners or something!? I never received those! I have heard that the adhesive can effect my health!? That scares me! I have had other dentists tell me it looks like I received the wrong dentures for the bottom!

It is sad when a professional can not fix an error in her work!

This has changed my life and ruined my smile!

What a clean and friendly clinic!. I have been a patient of Ivory denture for quite some time and have enjoyed the service over the years. Melissa and her staff have been extremely courteous and have always fitted me in as needed. Their office is always clean and comfortable. The teeth I received are wonderful and I will recommend them to anyone in need of new dentures!

poor customer service. Melissa is great, but not so good at hiring help. The secretary / billing person is not very pleasant (or smart for that matter) and likes to make you feel small and unimportant. A mistake was made BY 'THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT' and by the time I got a bill (3 months later) it was past due and if I didn't make a payment right then it would got to collections. HUH? It was to late to send it to MY insurance by then - and trying to work out a payment schedule was a nightmare. "We have been more than patient with you" ETC. How consending can you be? It was Your fault for billing Medicare!! Everyone knows Medicare won't pay for dentures and if your in the business you should know that. DUH!!!
