awesome company! low bids and quality work. I currently rent my house out and live 6 hours away, but was informed my my rental management company that almost a quarter of my roof blew off during a wind storm. I was nervous about the whole process of working through my insurance and a roofing company 6 hours away that I wouldn't get the chance to meet. I spoke with Ted Flynn, the owner of Heritage Roofing about my need for a new roof and how I was working through insurance. He very quickly mailed me a bid (the lowest one by the way) and was very helpful in answering all my questions. I decided to have his company do my work and am very pleased. He sent me a couple of picture messages to my phone so I could see some of the work as it was happening and was always good about letting me know what was going on when. After the job was completed I drove out to Spokane to take care of personal business, but also to see my new roof. I called my uncle on the other side of the state who is a roofer to describe to him what I saw and he informed me that Ted's company went above and beyond what he thought most roofers would have done. I would definitely recommend Heritage Roofing to anyone who not only is looking for a new roof at a cheap price, but looking for good quality work with a company who is not afraid to answer questions and keep you informed every step of the way!
