Tips for Fiesta Mexicana

Long time customer, but not a customer anymore. So, my husband and I went into Fiesta Mexicana on April 20, 2010 for a night out on the town and to celebrate my new job. I saw that my favorite meal was the special of the night and so I ordered it. When the check came, my entree was regular priced. I asked the waiter about the price and he said that the entree was yesterday's special. I did not know it was yesterday's special, I saw it for today, there was no date, and the entree that I ordered was the only special listed. I got a dollar off the regular price, that was what the waiter did for me. I have been a long time customer and was appalled at the lack of customer service and the lack of wanting to make things right. Also, (I guess in retaliation) we did not get the complementary soapapillas. It felt like the wait staff was trying to rush us out the door. Good thing there are more Mexican restaurants in Spokane!

Great Family Restaurant. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and the service is friendly. A very good family restaurant.
