Smart mouth, lousy service.
I complained to the cook / lead worker Aug. 23rd at 6pm. Restaurant was not busy nor was it slow.
( maybe 6 tables were occupied: 2 to 6 people at each table). Informed him that "this was the worst customer service I ever experienced". He asked me what was wrong. I informed him, He asked me if the food was good. I replied "yes it always is". He said "then don't come back".
A 10 inch pizza and a sandwich took about 70 minutes to get to the table. And the cook forgot to put cheese on the italian sandwich. But hey he offered to make a new one or would knock 3 dollars off. Not going to wait another hour sorry. The people behind us ordered 2 minutes after we did and got their food as we were leaving. I was a many many time repeat customer and have ordered delivery from this place as the food is very good. But as the representative / cook of the restaurant stated , (after I told him the service was terrible today ) dont come back, well I won't. My loss and yours.
Perfect pizza and beer place.
Benedito's pizza meets my definition of perfect pizza. Good, bready crust and all of the toppings are good. No canned mushrooms or extra-grease-pepperoni. The place is small - especially on summer evenings when it is packed. But it wouldn't be a good pizza place if it wasn't packed, and loud. And, if you don't want a loud place, they deliver.
The service is great: laid-back and friendly, and the beer selelction is good. Only 5 or so on tap but it's not Coor's.
Benedito's on Monroe is the best ever!. Benedito's at Monroe is the new standard to which I will compare all other pizza's for the rest of my life. The double pepperoni is to kill for. It is a little more expensive than some other places, but what you get is far better pizza. It is well worth it. I will never eat pizza anywhere else in Spokane again.
Bad service on Indian Trail. This is a lousy place to go for pizza. Sure, the pizza was decent, but I got totally ignored by the cashier and spent 30 bucks on a small pepperoni pizza and 2 small salads. They didn't even call my name even though my pizza was on the hotplate for about 10 minutes. They didn't even make my salads until I told them if my pizza and salads were ready. Worse of all, they weren't even busy at all! This place is not recommended at all. I'm going somewhere else next Friday night. :(
