Great store!!. My husband and I love this store. It sits next to MOR Furniture, and we prefer this store over MOR because MOR tried several times to rip us off charging us 3 seperate delivery charges for 1 truck load.

Complete suite has great customer service-the manager knows us by name now, great pieces to choose from, the pricing is reasonable and also very affordable. We have bought several items from there and plan to buy more in the future!

Worst than some places in NYC. I wish I could give yhis place a 0.This place sucks.Horrible customer service.I bought a couch their own delivery men put a tear in it.So I called to resolve this and they said they would repair this.repair this?? I wanted a new couch and they refused to exchange it so i disputed my charges on my credit card and I won.Then these greedy slime prickss send me to collections.All they care about is getting your money

great prices and i know im a cheap shopper. i go to the outlet store on trent its a great place to get deals on blems for real small cost and they also have a lifetime warrenty on the cushions when you buy at the main stores they treat thier people right the last poster must of waited to long on the problems cuase they would of fixed it if it was a timely matter

VERY SATISFIED!!!. I purchased six dining room chairs and am VERY sastisfied with the quality AND price!! I researched the brand name online and could not even come close to the price. I love the quality & value so much that I ordered two additional chairs for a total of eight. I have been telling EVERYONE about Complete Suite Furniture!! Will definitely shop here again for bedroom sets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

the customer is ALWAYS #1. I purchased a couch and loveseat from this company about 2 years ago, and just recently the cushions have been starting to sag a little. I called them just hoping that there was something they could do, because it was awhile ago that i purchased from them. They had replacement cushions ordered for me right away, and in a timely manner the problem was fixed and my couch and loveseat are as good as new!

The customer is not always right. My sofa arrived and I had several issues with the fabric. I was never offered a scotchgard and thought this was an honest mistake on their part. However, everything sticks to the fabric, it is full of static electricity and the kick out mechanism did not operate correctly. When I asked complete suite to help me out with these issues they said it is not thier policy to refund or replace any merchandise and I would just have to live with my satisfaction.
