Fun atmosphere ok food. I've heard a lot of people say they love Raw. Unfortuntately I have to disagree, it's not one of my favs. While the atmosphere is somewhat hip, especially for Spokane, I just can't say the food is any more than OK. If you don't care about having authenic or very fresh sushi than maybe this place would be fine for you. I on the other hand found the sushi to be quite bad,and anywhere that serves burgers and sushi just does not seem right. Regarding the sushi, the rice was tough and oddly flavored, the fish seemed several days old, and the style definitely not authentic. They smother all their rolls in sauces which is always a bad sign.

While I can appreciate what Raw is trying to bring to Spokane I definitely feel they could made a few improvements in the quality of their food. I like the hip feel of the place, however if you look too closely it becomes a bit cheesy. They should upgrade some of their tables to something a little more stylish.

Best Sushi I've ever had. We went to Raw on a Sat. night having reservations we got seated within 5 min. I would recommend reservations on weekends. It was our first time going there and our server was very helpful with the menu, we will definitely be going back, it's our favorite place to eat now!

Quality sushi with a hip atmosphere.. Some of the best sushi in the Spokane area. Great ambience, competitive prices, and great service makes this a no-brainer when you're downtown. Parking hasn't been a problem while I've been there.
