Shoop Shoop to the Scoop Scoop

This is great ice cream, great coffee and great food! I love the bright sunny feeling and atmosphere here. I wish I had something like this in my 'hood. The music on the Friday night I was there, was great. It was free too! I wish Summer was longer! Customer service does not lack, for adults, kids, and even dogs. I saw a dog munching on a cone. Keep up the good work!

The REAL Scoop

I find the review by OE hard to believe. As in, impossible. I live in this neighborhood and buy coffee at this shop at least three days per week. and I return with my kids to buy ice cream. In all my extensive experience at the Scoop, I have never encountered the sort of outrageous behavior this reviewer alleges. (More likely it was a problem created the reviewer, not the provider.) The staff is courteous and professional; the coffee is oustanding, and the ice cream is delicious. The Scoop is an asset to this neighborhood. This review is way off. Check out the Scoop and decide. Scoot PAST The Scoop

Here's the scoop....I will NEVER return. On a sunny day, a walk to your neighborhood ice cream shop sounds enjoyable, but unfortunately this was not the case with The Scoop. The owners of this local shop were rude, displayed inappropriate behavior in front of children and provided horrible customer service. The entire experience was FAR from pleasurable. In today's economy I highly recommend supporting a local business that deserves it; a business that has a great product, great service & a friendly atmosphere. The Scoop falls short in all of these areas. Scoot on PAST the Scoop!
