Very Dissapointed. My husband and I went here for part of our one year anniversary celebration. Sad to report, that we will not be returning. The massage was nothing special. We could have givin eachother a massage that was better than what we recieved. We have two small kids and were hoping for an nice break. But the way that my massage was done, it actually made me more tense. The room was relaxing...and the music was a nice touch. But the massage was seriously lacking. We payed for an hour full body couples massage. But we were cut short by 15 minutes. And they didnt do a complete full body massage. Very disappointing!!!
Best Spa Ever. I have been to several local spas and the Brickhouse is my favorite. It is 30 minutes from my office and 50 minutes from my house, but completely worth it. Every employee from the person who answers the phone to the Manager is helpful, warm, and friendly. Every massage therapist has a different style, but I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. When I have those tough knots, the therapist works them out. The Pedicures are all about pampering and making your feet look beautiful. I always take a friend. The water and truffles at the end top off a great experience.
What a unique and wonderful spa!. My husband and I go to the BrickHouse for a side by side couples massage about once a month. It's our favorite treat. We have never had a therapist that didn't completely wow us! The atmosphere is really unique and all of the employees are so accomodating. I've also had several pedicures and spa parties there. Once they were running a few minutes late but more than made up for it with free drinks, truffles and a gift toward our next visit. We love it there... and so will you!
Worst facial ever.
Any day at the spa is better than a day at work, but seriously. Brickhouse was not the treat I hoped it would be when my husband gave me the certificate for Christmas. The massage was actually very good, but they didn't realize I was staying for the day, so I had to get dressed -- and then undressed -- to stay in the same room for the facial. The facialist was the worst I've ever had. She didn't ask me about my skin. She didn't tell me what she was using. She didn't speak at all. Just layer after layer of who knows what, then towel after towel -- too hot, even after being told. Then I had a pedicure that was nothing more than swirling water and repeated attempts to get me to do black polish. To add insult to injury, when I got home, I discovered that the facialist had not completely wiped off the final treatment, so I sat through my pedicure and drove home -- thank goodness I didn't stop anywhere -- with a lumpy apple-colored smear over my lip. Then my skin broke out for three weeks straight. I'm not even going to go back for the free manicure.
Great massage. Hugely disappointing facial and pedi. Look elsewhere!
