Unprofessional! I will not waste any more of my time or money at Salon Retro. It was filthy the last time I was in there and half the salon has left to work somewhere else!

I called to make an appointment with Arianne Oliver the aesthetician and Kathy told me she no longer worked there but refused to tell me where she moved to. She tried to pressure me into having someone at Salon Retro to my bridal makeup. Even after I told her no I would find Arianne.

You can find Arianne at Vintage Salon & Day Spa at 12 N University Spokane Valley.

Suggestion; clean up your salon and behavior!

Best Waxing In Town. Arianne is the BEST esthetician (she has moved to Vintage Salon, 12 N University, Spokane Valley)! She is very skilled at waxing! and everything else she does! I was referred to Arianne for my first brazilian wax and it was a great experience. I'm hooked now. She made me feel comfortable, explained the procedure in detail and asked me what I wanted. Her room is warm and inviting. It was easy to relax around her. She only charges Forty-Five dollars for a brazilian and uses high quality supplies. Every Wednesday she has wax Wednesday and charges half price for her waxing (brazilians are full price). She sculpted my eyebrows and explained why I was having problems with them...they grow down not up like most people. She is PROFESSIONAL, patient and caring. Go check her out, you'll feel right at home in her beautiful new location :) Same pricing, same wax Wednesday, same great quality just nicer location.

Salon Retro and Katie is Very Very Bad. This place thinks they are all that. Katie sent my wife home in tears, my wife asked for her length to not be touched an Katie cut it all off then blamed my wife!!

Then still charged her for the cut. 100% bad bad service, you've been warned. These people have no idea what they are doing.

Salon Retro. I've been very pleased with the service. They provide massages and facials at very reasonable prices and the girl who cuts my hair there is the first person to do an amazing job the first time. Consistently high quality service!
