Beware! Will not honor warranty. The shuttle on my sewing machine is out of sync on my Singer sewing machine straight out of the box, and the Viking Sewing Gallery will not look at the machine without charging me $80.00.

Service Complaint - Charged 30% more than the service estimate. Beware, they may not let you pay with a credit card if you tell them that you disagree with their labor charge. They don't want you to dispute the amount later with your credit card company. Willing to hold your machine hostage until you bring cash. Owner screamed at me while I remained calm. Another customer in the store told me in the parking lot that she will never go back there, neither will I.
