An excellent place to stay!. My stays here have always been a great experience. The staff members are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept and very nicely decorated. I certainly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Worst hotel experience ever!. Where are 0 ratings? Mgmt is the worst imaginable. No srvc, courtesy, 100% satisfaction a joke. Travis Tramp is a deplorable example of a manager. No responsibility for inept service @ restaurant & hotel. Was refused service @ front desk for double billing of food & had to call by cell phone to get front desk attention (Mr.Tramp told Front desk to ignore us). Had police escort from the premises courtesy of Mr. Tramp because of lack of service. Clothing left in room stolen by housekeeping. No apology for poor service..no follow up...no resolution from Corp or otherwise. Have been informed that hotel is privately owned. They can do as they please.where does the 100% guarantee satisfaction apply? Have stayed @ 5 star hotels worldwide. This is the worst experience ever @ any hotel!

DANGER, DANGER - Low Quality Inn. Hotel:

Worst place that I have ever stayed. Manager, Travis Tramp is a complete moron.

Absolutely no integrity by Travis and many of his staff.

100% guarantee is worthless, Travis will not honor it.

If you accidentally leave something of value in your room when you check out, you will never get it back.

Charged twice for same meal, but Travis would not talk to us and instructed his staff to also ignore us. He finally called the police because he claims we were being "disruptive". Policeman came and apologetically told us that this was private property and Travis could do as he pleased. Policeman left before we did.

Restaurant (also managed by Travis Tramp):

Food - mediocre at best. About same quality and taste as cheap frozen dinners.

Service - abysmal. Took over 1 1/2 hours start to finish. Waiter would disappear for 15 - 20 minutes at a time. Food orders were not correct, but after waiting that long, didn't even try to get correct order.
