Bought a 1947 home in Spokane which had been vacant. When water was turned on and used, the basement flooded. Rachel at Roto-Rooter-Spokane Valley was very helpful, explained pricing (no extra charge for Saturday!!) and scheduled someone to arrive within an hour. Mark Rogers came with his drain clearing equipment, vanquished the tree roots, and got the drain running. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter in Spokane Valley.

Quick friendly service

Received quick and friendly service on the weekend. Called the on-call service and got a quick call back from the technician. My basement drain was overflowing and it was taken care and a brief explanation given of the problem.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers May 4, 2012

Wow nothing like a clogged toilet and drains. The plumber Mark Rogers came out from Spokane over to Post Falls and snaked the main line. I had been trying to get the drain unclogged all day since 8 am this morning. The plumber was very polite and took one look at the inside and then went out side and went to work. Within just a few minutes he had the drains unplugged. I guess I should have called him earlier instead of trying to do it myself. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Spokane anytime.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 04-27-2012

04-26-2012 I called Roto Rooter to have someone sent out to pump my septic tank, and to replace the two baffels that at some point in time were broken off. 04-27-2012 early morning a young fellow named C.J. arrived smiling. I explained the situation, he took out his I-phone took a few pictures and in a few hours the job was complete. C.J. was very professional plumber and I am very happy with his work. He will be on top of my call back list in Spokane. Thanks C.J. from Anton

The plumber that roto-rooter sent to my house to troubleshoot and fix my slow drains was probably the most professional and personable plumber in Spokane. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing systems in my house, and was very thorough in his repair of the issue.
