Thank You. I was looking to have my 12 year old carpet replaced it stunk and looked dull , but after pricing new thought I would try to have it cleaned by Stanley Steamer again , I had used them in the past and really wasn't impressed , even tried using store machines ( really bad idea ) , but to my surprise , they beat my exceptions .... WOW I was so pleased with the quality of service , I still think my carpet color is out of date but as for the carpet itself ... I hate to say it .. it will stay a little longer , not only did the smell go away , the carpet looks beautiful , I also had them do a area rug and wool runner that look great . from the girl that took my service order to the 2 young men that came to clean everything went great , and my new carpet will wait Thanks

awesome experience. Used stanley steemer for the first time recently and couldnt be happier with the results. Its really obvious the techs know what they are talking about. They didnt rush the job and moved the furniture for no extra charge. This is really nice for me because I have back problems. Very courteous and professional and asked several times if i was happy. I also looked on consumer reports and they got the highest rating for 2010 in independent lab tests

great customer service/results. I agreed the old owner of Stanley Steemer had no integrity and very bad results. However was looking for a carpet cleaning company and found that Steemer had a good BBB review. I decided to go with them and the service was great! I also found out they changed ownership last year and Im very happy with results

terrible service. I called the owner Tony, to report problems remaining after two different crews tried to clean my carpets. He agreed to come to my home with a partial refund check, but never showed or returned my calls. The national office also did not get their calls returned. Stanley Steemer also has a poor rating with the local BBB.
