i felt disappointed and cheated. I was very disappointed as I made an appointment with Dr. Kincaid, but ended up seeing a nurse practitioner. When I made the appointment I specifically asked for Dr. Kincaid. Well, they just assigned me to a nurse practitioner without notifying me. I felt disappointed and cheated.
