Horrible customer service! First they barely even make the effort to greet you here. We called ahead and made an appointment, put in chairs rushed trough then decided we would get a full set, my sister tried to get the Diana(rude,rude and oh yeah rude) to fix her nail, she argued with her and made it so uncomfortable by speaking in their foreign language to my girl doing my nails, we are in America if u want to talk about us at least do it in English. Then she had the nerve to tell my other sister that she ruined her day. She has been rude on several occasions but now we won't be back this was just to much to take.Will continue to spread the word so that salons like this don't make it. Good luck staying in business. Everyone stay away and they might get the message about customer service.

WAS a great salon.... This was my favorite spot - I drove across town to go here. But the new staff has a couple of very unfriendly people who made my last two visits miserable. One made comments to me that she thought I should have my nails done longer than I wanted, and the next visit when I asked how long the wait would be I was told "awhile", then when I asked if that meant 10 minutes or more like an hour she started raising her voice in another language and laughing. Liked the original staff, so sorry they brought the new staff in for the expansion.

Best Jessi Nails. Jessi Nails is the best nail salon in Spokane. I guarantee. That place is always clean. The staff always take time to serve for customers even though they are busy. They are never in rush. The prices are very reasonable. They discount for young children and even charge cheaper prices for some services. The staff are friendly. The only thing is you should not walk in late no matter which shop you are in. Because they work 10 hours a day. We should sympathize them, and let them go home on time.

Great Service!!!. My mom and I are regulars at Jessi Nails and we love it! The salon is always clean and the staff are very friendly and do great work, we've never had a problem. I was however, unfortunate enough to be present in the salon the day that "Grandma Smurf" came in and threw her embarrassing temper tantrum. From what we gathered from her shouted insults, she had arrived at the salon half an hour before opening and the staff asked her to come back at 10, when it opened. Well, my mom and I as well as a few other ladies that had a scheduled appointment were ushered into the salon promptly at 10 that morning and this woman was nowhere in sight. At around 10:15, a very disgruntled woman (I can only assume this was "Grandma Smurf") waltzed in and pitched a fit that she had to wait as all of us had already started our pedicures. The manager explained to her that she wasn't there right at 10 and so the staff had begun to help out those of us that were there at the time the salon opened. This woman was absolutely embarrassing, no one wants to see a 50+ year old woman throw a temper tantrum worthy of a two year old. Don't let this woman's remarks keep you from Jessi Nails, just show up at the right time, and you're sure to have excellent service.

Never to return!. Won't ever be back! This past weekend I entered the place because the sign read open. I was told they wouldn't be open for another 1/2 hour. I signed in for a pedicure at that 1/2 hour time frame and was told to come back then. I did that. I walked through the door 1/2 hour later to find that FIVE women were in the seats for a pedicure AHEAD OF ME! I was asked to take the last chair where I was to wait my turn :( Totally unprofessional management!
