These guys are tops in my book! They repaired my car in no time and were honest about the optional repairs. Jason was my service rep and he was really good about calling me back and keeping me updated along the way. I did not even buy my car from them and they treated me better than any other dealer ever has! I will be back and will buy my car from them next time, in 4 years or so.

Cannot recommend!. I cannot recommend Becker Buick for used vehicle purchase. I purchased a used vehicle that had been inspected by their service department and found to be in good condition. To my surprise, just after I completed the purchase, the vehicle failed a safety inspection due to worn out suspension components. To register the vehicle, I had to spend almost $800 in repairs. When I approached the dealership for some degree of explanation or compensation, I was initially stonewalled and received no response. After I filed a complaint with the BBB, Becker responded by stating over and over that the vehicle was sold "AS-IS!" I never disagreed with that, only that they misrepresented the vehicle's condition, at the time of sale. I find their customer service ethic lacking and would recommend that anyone purchasing a used vehicle from Becker Buick to have the vehicle inspected independently.
