Bad hair. My hair turned orange as well. I will not mention the stylists. I went to get my hair cut and colored and instead of blonde and cute my hair turned orange. The stylist realized her error and tried to fix it while I was still there. Still orange. I was told I could come back and get it fixed. I went back, but my hair was still orange and brown instead of blonde. I was told I could come back yet again ( the stylist knew it didn't look good). (this by the way is a real pain because I live waaay outside of Spokane). I called to see if I could see the owner this time. My hair turned out brown and very brassy and I was not offered a refund. All I wanted was blonde high lights! I ended up spending more money and going to another salon who fixed my hair in one hour.
